2 Return & Refund Policy

No-questions-asked period: You may return Tops, Swimwear & Beachwear, Skirts, Shorts, Dresses, and Co-ords within 14 calendar days of the “Delivered” scan.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and (for swimwear) the hygienic liner intact.

Buyer pays return postage: Use our discounted label (cost deducted from the refund) or any trackable service of your choice. We recommend insurance for high-value items.
3 How to Start a Return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the SKU(s) you wish to return.

Receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and, if desired, a prepaid-label quote.

Pack items securely and write the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.

Ship the package within 7 days of RMA approval and keep the tracking receipt.

We inspect returns within 3 business days of arrival and initiate the refund.
