These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchases from A BEST TRADE PRIVATE LIMITED, specializing in tops, swimwear, beachwear, skirts, shorts, dresses, and co-ords ("Products"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

• 14-Day No-Question Refund: You may return Products within 14 calendar days of delivery for any reason.

• Refund Processing Time: All refunds will be processed within minimum 14 business days after we receive the returned item. PayPal refunds may take 14-30 days depending on jurisdictional requirements.

• Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days.

• International shipments may be subject to customs fees (buyer's responsibility).

4. PRODUCT CONDITIONS

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

• Final sale items (clearly marked) are not eligible for returns.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

• We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

• Prices are in EUR,GBP,USD,etc. and subject to change without notice.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All product designs, images, and website content are proprietary property of A BEST TRADE PRIVATE LIMITED.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Any disputes shall be governed by Hong Kong law.

• Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Hong Kong.

8. LIABILITY LIMITATION

A BEST TRADE PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for incidental or consequential damages from product use.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

Personal data is collected solely for order processing and handled per our Privacy Policy.

10. POLICY CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting.
